Meet Jessica Evans

A fearless fashion entrepreneur guided by faith and purpose.

Jessica Evans (formerly Jessica Williams) is a God-led visionary, fashion designer, and entrepreneurial leader transforming the way the world sees women of color in luxury fashion. At just 14 years old, she stepped into her calling through the NAACP Youth Entrepreneur Program in her hometown of Baltimore, Maryland. During that transformative season, the name Irregular Exposure was born—divinely inspired and destined for global impact.

With unwavering support from her mother and siblings, Jessica turned her childhood basement into her first showroom and studio. By 16, she was already designing custom garments for women twice her age—proving that talent, when paired with bold faith, knows no limits.

After studying at the Art Institute of Philadelphia, Jessica returned home with renewed purpose. In 2013, Irregular Exposure debuted its first Ready-to-Wear collection at New York Fashion Week. The brand quickly gained national attention, with features in Essence, Cosmopolitan, Fashion Bomb Daily, and more. Since then, Irregular Exposure has earned over $3 million in revenue, dressing celebrities like Jayda Cheaves, Tokyo Stylez, Megan Thee Stallion, and Evelyn Lozada.

Jessica’s influence goes beyond fashion. As the founder of The Fashionpreneur Academy, she has educated and empowered over 50,000 designers and emerging fashion CEOs. Her coaching programs and digital products have helped creatives around the world launch and scale fashion brands with strategy, confidence, and faith.

Now, with over 140K social followers and a 200K+ subscriber community, Jessica Evans continues to lead a movement where fashion meets faith, and purpose meets profit. Her journey is proof that when you walk boldly in your calling, nothing is impossible.
