Jessica Williams, the founder and successful entrepreneur, developed the academy’s digital educational platform with the goal of changing the faces of fashion entrepreneurs for the culture.

In addition, we are also the home of the most anticipated semi-annual fashion retreats held in Los Angeles, CA and New York, NY.

Jessica Williams

The FashionPRENEUR Academy CEO & Founder

Jessica Williams is the CEO and founder of The Fashionpreneur Academy.  She developed the academy’s digital educational platform with the goal of changing the faces of fashion entrepreneurs for the culture. She is also the owner of Irregular Exposure — a women’s ready to wear brand. The brand also sells within its luxury Downtown Baltimore, MD location; and to over 1,000 retail accounts worldwide. 

Jessica has grown her businesses tremendously through partnerships with emerging brands, silent investments, celebrity ghost designing, and more. She brings to the academy over 12 years of fashion experience, and is a graduated of the Art Institute of Philadelphia. Her expertise include sewing, pattern making, production sewing and manufacturing, wholesale, branding, marketing and more.

Tshaia Edwards

Operations & International Design Director

Tshaia Edwards graduated from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandise (FIDM) with a A.A. in Merchandise Product Development. She continued her studies at Saxion University in the Netherlands graduating with a degree in Textile Engineering and Management. She has worked with legendary fashion houses such as the Fossil Group in Richardson,Texas. 

Tshaia’s expertise include proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Web PDM, Tech Spec Packets, and Flats.  She is the best at forecasting, sourcing, and coordinating designs from inception to completion. As the academy’s key liaison for clients, her knowledge of colors, fabrics, and trims make her an expert in developing private custom collection.

Charity Gachenge

Brand Strategist and PR Developer

Charity Gachenge graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a B.A.
in Mass Communications and a focused in Digital Art. She has worked in both the public
and private sectors assisting political appointees and entrepreneurs. She is the owner of a custom activewear collection, and an international fashion show host. Her community-based practices allow her to develop brands within Kenya and other African neighboring countries. 

Charity’s expertise include proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro), WordPress, Photography, Videography, Branding, Sponsorship and Public Relations. Most notably, she is an expert in creating and leveraging brand strategies in competitive environments.
