Jessica began her career in 2006 by starting her own women's ready to wear brand, Irregular Exposure . In 2009, Jessica attended the Art Institute of Philadelphia where she graduated with her AAS in fashion design. Today, Irregular Exposure sells within it's own luxurious Downtown Baltimore location and wholesales to over 1,000 accounts worldwide. Jessica has grown her business tremendously trough partnerships with emerging brands, silent investments, celebrity ghost designing and more. Jessica is now ready to teach you how to do the same. with over 12 years of experience in the fashion industry. Jessica's skills include sewing, pattern making, production sewing and manufacturing, wholesale, branding, marketing and more!

Tshaia S. Edwards is a grad from FIDM- Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandise which she obtained an A.A. for Merchandise Product Development June of 2013. She recently moved from Dallas,Texas where she worked for two years at Fossil Group as a Materials Development Associate to go back to school to obtain her B.A. for Textile Engineering & Management at Saxion University in the Netherlands. She is a chameleon able to adapt to any situation. She is proficient with computer programs such as Adobe CS5/6 (Illustrator & Photoshop). Her knowledge of colors, fabrics, and trims compliment showing her forecasting, sourcing, and coordination skills. Her niche to see details show her technical design skills as she is fluent with Web PDM, Tech Spec Packets, and Flats. Tshaia and Jessica work hand in hand between our Maryland and Los Angeles based offices. "My goal is to assure your brand is not just developed but aesthetically impeccable.
