Meet Jessica Williams, a God-fearing yet fearless leader in fashion, faith, and entrepreneurship. At just 14 years old, Jessica embarked on a transformative journey by attending the NAACP Youth Entrepreneur Program in her hometown of Baltimore, MD. It was during this program that she received divine inspiration, leading her to create the name "Irregular Exposure" - a brand that would soon take the fashion world by storm.
Guided by her strong faith and supported by her mother and siblings, Jessica transformed her childhood basement into her first sewing studio and showroom. By the tender age of 16, she was already designing custom pieces for clients double her age, showcasing her innate talent and exceptional craftsmanship.
After pursuing her studies at AIPH in Philadelphia, Jessica returned to Baltimore with a vision to nurture and grow her brand. In 2013, Irregular Exposure unveiled its first Ready-to-Wear collection during New York Fashion Week, making a resounding impact in the industry. The brand garnered significant recognition, with features in esteemed publications such as Cosmo, Fashion Bomb Daily, Essence, and more. The momentum continued to build, resulting in over $3M in revenue to date. Today, Irregular Exposure stands as an attainable luxury label, dominating the space of high fashion for women of color. It has graced the bodies of influential celebrities like Jayda Cheaves, Tokyo Stylez, Megan Thee Stallion, and Evelyn Lozada.
Jessica's success, however, extends far beyond the boundaries of fashion. Recognizing the need for comprehensive fashion and entrepreneurial education, she answered the call by launching The Fashionpreneur Academy. This platform provides online and community-based coaching, empowering emerging and aspiring fashionpreneurs with the necessary skills to thrive. Through the Academy, Jessica has guided over 50,000 fashion business owners in launching and scaling their brands, leaving an indelible mark on the industry.
In every triumph and accomplishment, Jessica humbly attributes her success to her unwavering faith in God and her unwavering dedication. We are not accepting any payment plan options for this event. All payments must be made in full.
Can I customize a package and choose which portions of the retreat I want to attend?
We are not able to customize any attendee experiences outside of what is already available. Attendees are able to attend the 3 Day Experience or the Fashionpreneur Awards only.
Can I bring a friend?
All attendees must register for the Retreat individually. No plus ones that are not registered attendees will be granted access.
What's the refund policy?
All registration is non-refundable.
